We have designed a very attainable structural bonus plan. Your base pay will be between $19-$22/hr (based on your experience). We also provide an annual bonus that would be up to 15% of the wages earned by the individual for the year. This will be given at the end of each calendar year. Bonus will be based on performance record (evaluated based on the current bonus criteria and outcome of performance reviews) and a portion of it will be based on division profitability.
Example of the yearly bonus:
40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year = roughly $6,000 would be given to you as a yearly bonus
There will be a 90 day training/probationary period during which you will make $16/hour. Upon satisfactory performance your wage will be increased. Applicants with experience may be considered for a higher starting wage.
